Daigo Brainy

Daigo Brainy is an amino-peptide biotic designed to support the brain and nervous system. According to the official description, its components “help promote faster sleep onset, improve brain adaptation to rapid time-zone changes, and prevent cognitive impairments.” The formulation includes a natural chlorella peptide, four amino acids, and neurotrophic factors (such as dimethylaminoethanol, nervonic acid, vitamins B1, B3, B6, and PQQ). At present, there are no scientific publications specifically evaluating the product itself; however, several individual ingredients are known to possess chrono-modulating properties. In particular, pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ, “vitamin B14”) has demonstrated improvements in sleep and mood in an open-label study, as well as stimulation of mitochondrial function. B-group vitamins and choline support the synthesis of neurotransmitters involved in the regulation of circadian rhythms. Thus, from a functional perspective, Daigo Brainy is positioned as a chrono-stabilizing agent (sleep regulation, stress resilience, and adaptation of biological rhythms), although direct clinical evidence specifically confirming its chronobiological effects remains limited to the manufacturer’s claims.
